A simple sequence
Contrast bathing is a sequence of warm, cool and resting moments. Our focus is on comfort rather than a stopwatch or a target temperature. A cold dip is optional.
Leave room for rest
Begin with an introduction, choose a comfortable period of warmth and leave time to rest. You can sit out any part of the sequence.
Go gently and stop if you feel uncomfortable. This is general studio information, not medical advice. Your host can explain the studio experience; a qualified healthcare professional can advise on individual suitability.
